Wonderful, another Windows based PC! This cute, ultra-compact, diamond shaped nettop computer is the Acer Veriton N260G. The new ACER N260G-U2802CP Nettop has kept people in the United States waiting for a while for its release and it has finally arrived. It comes with a Genuine Windows XP Professional operating system and has other features such as a Kensington lock slot, headphone and microphone ports and six USB ports. For the low price of $399 this Nettop is not all too bad. For starters, one of the features is the fact that it has a low power consumption Intel Atom processor with an Intel GN40 Express Chipset.

The Veriton N260G is so compact that it can either stand alone or snap onto the back of an LCD display that supports the VESA Mounting Interface Standard (MIS). This makes it really good for places that do not have a huge amount of space to place a local PC such as smaller business offices or even exhibit halls.
For $399, you can salivate all over its 2GB of memory, a 160GD(2) hard drive and Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 450M, and let’s not forget the ACER N260G-U2802CP Nettop can playback high-definition videos and display sharp images in vivid color. Another nice feature is the Acer PowerSaver, which means you can save power on demand.

Thanks to the VESA mounting system, the ACER N260G-U2802CP Nettop can be placed on the rear of displays, and the VESA mount offers vertical adjustment to ensure the power button and memory card reader are accessible from the top of the display. It also features ports for connecting different peripherals and digital devices such as HDMI to give you tight crisp hi-res images, a multi-in-one card reader, six USB ports, HD headphones, microphone jacks and a PS/2 slot.
